Is the Steel Legend B450M incompatible with newer SSDs?

I was looking to upgrade my computer, which has a B450M Steel Legend motherboard, by installing an M.2 NVMe SSD in the Ultra M.2 slot. However, I discovered that several ASRock motherboards have compatibility issues with newer SSDs due to a specific pin, though on some boards, this can be resolved by updating the BIOS. Does my motherboard have this compatibility issue? Would updating the BIOS fix it? If not, which SSD would you recommend?

Crucial P510 1tb works in Steel Legend b450m?

I saw something about ASRock motherboards having compatibility issues with certain SSDs in the Ultra M.2 slot. I wanted to know if this specific SSD is compatible; I know it will run at slower speeds since the SSD is Gen 5 and the slot is Gen 3, but I found it at a good price and want to be able to reuse it when I upgrade my PC

Does PrimoCache reduce SSD usage?

I'm not sure if this is the right subreddit to ask this, but does PrimoCache reduce SSD usage in addition to improving its speed?

I have a really bad SSD, and any read or write operation causes it to reach 100% usage. Would PrimoCache be a solution for this?

Problems with FPS

I have a game that's limited to 60 fps, and my PC always runs it at 60 fps. The entire game was programmed that way, but my friends with less powerful PCs make the game run very slowly because of the lower fps. Is there any way to work around this? For example, if the game is running at 60 fps, move one step forward, and if it's running at 30 fps, move two steps forward automatically using some extension. Or would I have to change the entire game code to fix this?
