I visited the same hospital and they ran several tests.. Everything was fine so they have me hormonal tablets.. No issues after that..

But 1 month before i got same issue.. Period didnt stop for more than 2 week.. I went to new hospital as the doctor that treated me before had permanently shifted abroad..

I bought all my previous test results and new gyno doctor ran CBC, Urine/RE(HI), Culture and sensitivity(HI), Pregnancy test, LS/FSH, prolactin test, t3t4 tsh, and USG tests..

Result was all normal but there was small bubble like cyst which was not serious.. Gyno told me its not big issue and sometimes that cyst goes on its own but suggested me take video xray every 3 months, just to be normal..They gave me tablets to stop period and thats it..

Now,. Its another month and same issue has repeated..

Bleeding was light at first, then light spotting and after 2 weeks, boom, heavy bleeding..

Point to be noted.:

I have gained weight( age 25, height:4"11, weight = 73 kg)..

I think weight gain has played huge role in all this as i was just 52-54 kg in 2023..

But still i m very scared..

In Nepal, percentage of women with breast and cervical cancer has increased in a scary way..

Reasons are :

1.Nepalese people dont go for overall body checkup until they get sick or recommended by doctors.

2. We dont want to spend money on our body as our per capita income is already less than other countries..

3. Parents neither share or talk about overall women health as it is embarrassing and seen as taboo topic..

4.Private clinics are expensive af and government hospital will take ur whole day for simple tests.

But regardless of all this, i request women especially above 25 to get whole body test + pap smear test ( पाठेघर cancer को check ) + and if u already have kids, get mammography test every year for breast cancer check..

And young girls, regularly check if u have any spot, lumps, thickening or swelling of breast even after periods, redness,flaky skin and pain around nipples..

My maiju was recently diagnosed with breast cancer and its very scary to see her go through pain and lots of test every day..

More than that, we have already spent 1 lakh within 2 weeks for different tests..

Saab bhnda agadi, sabai jana le compulsory wada bata provide hune health insurance linu hola( rastra bima).. Yo bima card huda, many government hospitals ma 90% off huncha..

Wear cotton wala underwear.. Atleast rati sutne bela bra ra underwear kholera sutne gara.. It lets ur body breath.. Don't use harsh chemical around ur vagina.. Pubic hair lai Excessive shaving ra waxing nagari, halka trim garne..

Don't have sex without condom.. Derai sexual partner change nagarnu hola, it messes with ur ph and overall physical + mental health..

Change underwear everyday and wear bra of good quality..

Emergency pill kunai chocolate haina, harek choti unsafe sex gardai lineh kaam nagarnu.. Its only for emergency case..

Koi kta le condom bina maja aaudaina bhne, laat hanera bhagaune!!

Tmle careless garyo bhne tmro body le dukha paaucha, tmro kta lai kehi hudaina.. Mind it..

Start lifting weights( strength training ) and eat more protein.. Maile gym gaye dekhi ani ani protein majjale khaye dekhi, i have no cramps, no mood swings, and my overall health has improved alot..
