[Nomos Glashütte Neomatik 2017]

My favourite dress watch, which I have yet to wear with a suit 😂

It’s not delicate, but after wearing divers and Panerai it honestly feels like my hand is going to fly away faster when I wear it.

Shoutout to any lefties who still follow the sensible rule.

Podcast Question: when Ed reads out the person in last place who is generally miles behind…

Has Ed ever described their position as “Wanguishing” in last place?

Just watched the episode with Kumail, as soon as he went through the scores, I just felt it needed to be said.

How do I start a petition or riot?

[Omega Speedmaster Anniversary Series 310.32] I have my one and only grail watch! Why is this cartoon character so beautifully drawn, and why do some people like me love when he is combined with a timepiece?

Had wanted this for years, can’t believe that I finally got this watch. The whole unboxing experience was amazing, before the hands reset after a first wind, I had such a fear that I had bought a dud.

My main challenge will be choosing to wear something other than blue for the rest of my life ❤️

Edit: shoutout to fellow lefties who wear their watch on the right hand!

Lads am I going mad or does a young Audrey Hepburn look a lot like young Sinead O’Connor? Have never thought this until I saw this photo with her hair pulled back.

It is the most accurate description I have ever experienced in my life!

As a runner, you hear multiple ways to describe hitting the wall in a marathon or how glycogen depletion feels in general, but nobody ever seems to quite describe it correctly.

As a new cyclist, I wanted to advise that I experienced this on the bike for the first time yesterday and it feels EXACTLY like you have a slow puncture! To the point where I stopped the bike, unclipped and checked my back wheel multiple times until I realised what was actually happening.

To sum up: stay fuelled, and if you don’t then don’t immediately assume you have a slow puncture! Amazingly accurate description :)

**EDIT**: some really interesting comments below say I may have this wrong, and that energy depletion is way less serious than a full “bonk”. Happy to be corrected, it was mad how much like a slow puncture it felt to be tired!
