i got it done professionally with sterile equipment (autoclave and iodine for sanitation) and have been regularly cleaning with a saline spray. however, this bump appeared and it doesn’t seem to be getting better even though i’ve tried warm compresses and avoiding bumping it. is it infected or just irritated and how can i fix it? i have to downsize the bar around this week 🥲🥲🥲

i am looking to do chunky highlights or some type of partial bleach on my level 5-6 hair and i want to get to level 8-9, 10 best case scenario but i am ok with darker. i want to minimize the damage to my hair though and i was wondering if anyone knows what volume the developer in this kit is? i can’t find it anywhere on the box and information online is giving me mixed reviews :/
