15+3 weeks pain

I am 15 weeks and 3 days pregnant with my first ivf baby. I did not have previous pregnancies. Since 4 days I have terrible pain.
I was in pain all the time during this pregnancy but this is different. I can’t sit. I can’t walk. I can’t stand. I have pain when lying down but little less.
It doesn’t stop, I don’t have breaks. It’s sometimes better sometimes worse but doesn’t go away for a second.
In addition I found some light brown light pink colour in my panty liner that I wear because I am afraid to leak urine as my bladder feels like it explodes and I run to the toilet all the time.
Called my doctor they won’t take me in and want me to talk to my midwife first. - that’s the system where I live- but she has a 3-4 day call back service. So… yeah. No one will take me or even have a look or listen.

Just tell me this is normal? Did you experience this? Plus if you did ivf or also have endometriosis or take tnf alpha blockers (just started a new one this month and it makes me nervous too)

Chronic illness , pregnancy and new meds

was on infliximab for 2 years for rheumatoid arthritis and crohns. Due to side effects I switched to Entyvio (biological for crohns) but it doesn’t treat arthritis at all. I got pregnant so I delayed starting a new medication - and it was hard to get an appointment.
Now my legs got so bad that I couldn’t move my right one anymore at all. They took out 50ml of fluid. Put some cortisone in and gave me a new biological to try „Gobivaz“ also known as „Simponi“ biosimilar.
I am 13 weeks and 5 days.

Anyone ever been pregnant and started a biological during pregnancy ?
Anyone ever taken two ? For two different things?
All experiences appreaciated

Sharing some cuteness

After a few girls past away I decided to put my tow groups together. Look at this mouse bowl of 16 cuties! They have been together now for around 40 h and everything looks great.
