As a beginner lucid dreamer, I tried WILD last night and I think I got to what y'all call the hypnagogic state. I felt my eyeballs twitching under my eyelids, I saw flashing spots, and I felt tingly and weird all over (it felt kinda nice actually). It was going great until I started thinking "Omg I'm going to lucid dream! I'm in my bed!" And then I started panicking slowly realizing I was coming back to reality. This has happened like 3 times before and it bums me out so do y'all experienced individuals have any tips for this? thxx
