So i had a back injury 20 years ago but i believe it also triggered celiac. Crazy i had thought only my discs were the cause of the pain. Never once told about celiac.

so when I'm glutened I'm extremely thirsty from dehydration and stuff but with the heat I think especially we got to be careful not to be glutened and have a safe few days of terrible Heat

Are there similar sicknesses to celiac?? Celiac disease is weird. No eating out, limited socializing, awful symptoms, crappy doctor advice and training.
Would you compare shellfish or peanut allergies to celiac or some other types of sicknesses??

Yes, doctors are legally and professionally allowed to give nutrition advice. However, because they receive limited formal nutrition training in medical school, they usually provide general guidelines and refer patients with complex dietary needs to a Registered Dietitian (RD)...

Do you notice celiac messes with your thinking, and brain? From meals, pain, and other issues?
I'm 1 year gluten-free but I still dream and think about gluten always. Memories with my kids, and just bizarre pain, no idea really how long I've been celiac.

How many of your kids and family are celiac?? I think 2-3 out of 4 for me. Different rashes and symptoms.
In the 60s my MIL son was told to stop wheat after extreme diarrhea. Nobody else tested or aware.

Dahi Indian yogurt and other dairy thats easier to digest. How's does dairy treat you?
I've had some success with Dahi yogurt, with honey, and some cheese. After 8 months gluten-free... Any other good dairy recommendations for celiacs??

I ate something to uplift spirits like beef jerky and ice cream oh and Skittles so I basically felt bad doing it but kind of relaxing on the diet feel really nice one year gluten free

1 year gluten-free not seeing any more improvements in health. Anything else helpful to try??
Misdiagnosed at first. Diet improved but severe hay fever and costochondritis, and covid yet again ruin improvements. had extreme gluten spasms.
