I use a Bernzomatic fire point Creator tool running on MAP gas. If I plugged one end and put a bowtie on the other I could probably make a curve. As it is now, it does not reduce airflow. Well, technically speaking it cuts down on a percentage of air allowed through but nothing noticeable. I've done 200+ with this method. I've only had about five break at the bend but I'm pretty sure that was just crappy glass. I don't anneal them.

I attached 2 mini bottles with a glass tube. Put a downstem in one and a 14mm make joint in the other. Kinda pointless but I think it's cool. Oh, and the bong has to be heavy to not tip over.

Drilled some holes. Connected some tubes. And it actually cools the water. Kept all the internals. It's a thermoelectric fridge.

I stuffed an arc lighter with battery and charging plug into a mini liquor bottle. First time soldering. It was fun!!! By the way, the arc lighter sucks lighting things.

Laser etched some bottles to be made into bongs.

I'm determined to make a rechargeable lighter out of a mini liquor bottle, or get zapped trying. The only problem I see is I've never soldered before.

I laser etched the Duff label on some wine bottles and I'm going to make them into bongs.

After several new parts, alignment headaches, and image editing ineptitude I got my laser working. A KH-7050 100W for all you laser people. Shout out. I'm a fan of the show Archer and id already made a Glengoolie Blue Bong with sublimation stickers. Getting the rotary on the laser working opens up a new world of possibilities. I'm gonna start making custom wine bottles to gift friends that dont smoke. Maybe put a logo on all the downstems I custom bend. I was thinking about taking a liquor bottle label off, scanning it or find it digitally, and laser it back on. If anyone has questions about laser settings ask away. I'm proud of this.

So I've made about 150 bongs so far, some with ash catchers. Haven't sold one yet but if all goes to plan I should have two sales in a few days. I'm not looking to start a business. I'm looking for gas money. A way to make money off my hobby. My day job is a Peer Advocate. Part of what keeps me going is the response from this group. The feedback is awesome, including the criticism. Honestly, if I don't sell any it's cool because I love gifting them to people. Thank you all.
