I keep murdering myself in my dreams [NSFW]?

My dreams are quite short, but recently I’ve been woken up by myself and it’s been reoccurring for about three or four days. I was first woken up by myself (me, a clone but I knew it was me) that told me to finish my assignment because I was supposed to do it in the morning and woke up at an unnatural time (5:00). Then I was woken up by my bed and was stabbed by myself, the third time I was murdered by myself again. I get killed a lot in my dreams but it’s the first time I’ve had myself in my dream, I’ve never had a single clear dialogue but I heard myself warning me about school. I do play some horror videogames but nothing horribly graphic, nor do I watch any media where this happens accept for cop shows.

Has anyone had similar dreams, and at what time did it start?

Are there immediate risks to delaying help for severe hallucinations?

I’ve had severe hallucinations since around the eight year age, though I do not know if it’s because that’s how far back I remember. I used to run away from monsters chasing me everyday when I was younger, though now I only run for the last bit to my home. Most of the time I just keep glancing back to see if it’s still following like a poaranoid person, which I am. I do live in the city, but in a suburb in the outskirts.

When I go home there are maybe one person going the same way, though usually no one. When I see people I feel secure and don’t react to them because I get confirmation that they aren’t real, but I usually walk alone.
I am now 18 early adult, recently I almost threw a glass at one of the monsters by my bed which was out of the ordinary because I can usually ignore them. I find myself believing more and more in these beings, and am concerned that I will go into a psychotic episode or a situation where I fully believe they exist and start reacting even when people are there.

In my country I will be in high school for one more year, so I’m considering searching for professional help when I’m done and in university. But I do get concerned that it may suddenly get a lot worse. Eventually I’ll have to live alone which is also an important part on why I have to fix this before I move out. I know I have some kind of mental illness as normal people do not have hallucinations every day and hope it’s fixable with some kind of medication.

If someone suffers with something similar or has any advice it would be greatly appreciated.

I have dyslexia so please ignore spelling errors

How to develop sympathy

Want advice to develop sympathy

I do have empathy as I can imagine myself in situations and know why people can feel upset about some things. My sympathy is very low, I do like to imagine myself in bad situations and feel sad about myself, so I know I can feel bad for someone. I just feel like I’m missing out on a lot, as when people are crying it’s hard to react as I don’t know what to do except give advice. I feel like people who have a lot of sympathy get that naturally.

I feel like it’s obvious I’m pretending or don’t care, so I want to develop my sympathy. I feel like I’m extremely emotionally unintelligent in this field and wonder if people have either gone through this and developed it with some training or just have advice. I do not actively enjoy people’s pain for the most part, I am not a psychopath, just emotionally underdeveloped.

It has recently become a problem when I only become annoyed when a person I know cries, and if I strengthen my sympathy I will naturally know how they want me to react, as some people get mad at me when they don’t get the exact reaction they want.

One day I will be a parent, be married and all so I need to know how exactly to react as to not be seen as a bad person. I do not feel any joy in seeing people inflicting pain on random people I see so I am not that type. I also like most animals. If someone has any advice on how, I’d like to know. I also dislike it when someone I value a lot is sad, like my pets or close ones. But I do not get the dramatic feelings that people describe. While I have reached adulthood, my brain is still developing so I don’t think it’s too late to get it to learn some more.

Please give tips, is befriending a person with a really bad life good practice or do I fantasise about having someone’s bad situation to then feel bad? I’ve tried the first option, but it hasn’t worked, but the latter is very effective but not for showing how I feel bad for someone else.

Thanks in advance
