These no real, is a nightmare!!!

My worst nightmare, Well the call center I used to work suddenly The company closed . And they tell us on Friday go to work like normal day but....

Divide us for groups like how many months or years you work, take our cellphone, refuse to let's us go out the room until 5 hours..

Then from time to time the supervisors or admin just check out.

When they told us first the owner of the company cried "the company have no money", the almost no one cares.

Then the second round, go some legal representative of the company and act like it's was our fault and said the same thing "we don't have money, you can take some computer and a chair" the computer and chair are all of them in bad state. they proposed also random less money than we work for m them...

Then they said to us , that they call us individual at monday.

They practically try use begged us for what is legally pay us...

But they never announced that they go to bankruptcy on the official page or media, even today no a word

Is that right?

On my call center, they have some rules Before you submit a report , you need a approval and a signature from you supervisor You need register you call during the call, if you hangout then register in 5 min If the client refuse help and ask for the Supervisors, you need escalated. If you don't then sanctions Where I work all the Supervisors are on the cellphone, take multiple breaks, laugh really loud, go to shopping, or eating. They everywhere, except work . And if you interrupt them they get annoyed, respond when they want or just ignore you. Is in every call center like that?

How is supposedly an agent work with smiley face and positive, like the eh say it...

If the Supervisors constantly have swings moods, they say it "if you have a personal problem leave on you house, you have act professional" ...

Then the Supervisors and sometimes the HR act like teenagers with constantly changes moods ..

But if I respond, or Drawing my limits they act offended...

Is even more stressful because some agents just accepted and other stick to that kind supervisor or RH waiting for some kind of benefits
