Layout help: how to transition from suburbia to farm? (LVL 34)

Layout help: how to transition from suburbia to farm? (LVL 34)

Looking for ideas on what to put to seperate farm area to suburban area.

Factories look ugly, so I want them to be in a completely different area.

But not sure what to use to separate the farm from suburbia. I'm thinking maybe hedges or fences or both! But I'm looking for other ideas.

Airservices Australia: Trainee Intake frequency?

I submitted an expressions of interest (EOI) to become an ATC Trainee with Airservices Australia, in May, as there were no current available positions advertised.

I've since been constantly checking for trainee job listings, but they're still only advertising EOI.

  1. Is the EOI listing the standard starting point for Trainees?
  2. How often do they intake trainees per year?
  3. What does the timeline usually look like between submitting an EOI and hearing back for the first stage of testing?

Appreciate any insight!

Small band/large cups, do wires hurt due to lack of fat around ribs?

Question: why do the wires of my bras hurt after a while? are my 28band bras too elastic/loose and I need to size down to a 26? Or is it something else?

Measurements cm/in:

*Underbust*

loose: 74/ 29

snug: 71/ 28

tight: 67/ 26

*Bust*

standing: 97/ 38

leaning: 102/ 40

lying: 96/ 38

Suggested Starting Size: 28H/HH UK

Extra question: am I projected?

Bras I have that fit in size:

Panache endurance - 28GG:

Sports bra, holds the girls and they have very very little bounce, very good for high impact.

My only issue is that after 20min of wearing the bra I can feel the pressure of the wire on my ribs and it gets pretty uncomfortable the band is riding ever so slightly up so that could be why maybe?

Panache ana - 28H

Everyday bra, feels comfortable until 20ish min go by and the gore starts poking into my sternum and the outer-bottom of the wires start pushing on my ribs. I have to wear the hooks on a tighter setting to feel snug and supported, the band again is slightly riding, but very minimally.

Also I reckon I needed a H not GG because the wires are wide and start on the sides of me past my armpit instead of closer in where my breast tissue starts.

Ewa Michalak Antonina - 28GG

Everyday bra, love it. The gore is low, and wires narrow, and the band isn't riding up at all. (also love how the bra lets my breast project forward). Only issue is that the wire ends under my arm pits poke into me and it stings. The way I've fixed that is to wear nipple covers under the end of the wires and then I don't have any discomfort.

Also have a 28G boux ave bra (mollie) and it's very weirdly constructed. The band doesn't ride at all, but the cups are weirdly shaped like they just made the A-D cups pattern bigger but didn't take into account real fuller busted bodies? Idk how to explain it.

Makeup challenge: masquerade ball makeup!

Hi MUA,

Challenge: eye/ face makeup that is the equivalent to a masquerade mask

I have a University masquerade ball (mainly for art and fashion students) coming up, and was thinking instead of carrying a mask around or tying up the mask at the back of my head (ruining my hair) I want to wear an eye look instead.

I was searching up if this had been done before, but couldn't find anything, so I reckon it could be a fun challenge for creatives and artists here 🩷

These are some inspo photos + ig to get you started:

"Mask" vs creative/colourful makeup:

Masks at masquerade balls "hide ones identify". The makeup looks above don't cover that much space around the eye, so I feel like it doesn't come off as a "mask" enough even though it's whimsical/editorial essence draws attention to the look instead of the person so it still "hides your identity" just not as much as it could yk

Beginner attempting blue eyeshadow

-----Application steps-----

Primer: none

Base 1: used the "beach days" australis palette colour: soft serve

Base 2: did a rough neutrals eye look ig, where I left the inner corner light, eyelid light, and on the outer/top of the eyelid I used darker brown ish shades (all for the "beach days" pallette) I found that the colours in that palette are very warm/orange

Middle layer: used the two blue shades in the NYX "ultimate I know it's bright" palette. And just went over the light areas of my lid with the light blue shade and then on the dark areas used both the light and dark blue shade.

Top layer: added a blue shimmer shade 43 in the revolution "maxi reloaded palette" and sky high mascara. Also used the NYX Jumbo pen in milk for the inner corner.

-----Issues + Questions-----

The "beach days" shades were very warm, and I feel like it clashed a lot with the blue turning the shadow muddy.

Is the warm/cool clash turning the shadow muddy? I think I'm slightly warm toned, so maybe it's a blending issue? Not sure.

Lots of fall out with the shimmer.

Is fall out a problem due to product quality? Or am I applying too much?

Also I find it hard to control where to place my shimmer with my finger, but also using a small brush it's hard to pack on shimmer in an area, is there something else I can use?

Any tips for next time?

Any blonde/low contrast light skin tone influencer recommendations for coloured eyeshadow?

I don't get the Taco Swim hype. It doesn't look supportive, doesn't provide any lift, their sizes are in the s,m,l,xl format instead of bra sizes, you can SEE underboob in some of the videos with the fuller bust ig creators.

Jen Warnes (@itsjenwarners) has collaborated with Taco Swim and released their collection of swim wear in matcha. Congrats to Jen on this collaboration, but even before this so many creators have hyped taco swim and I can't see why.

Jen, Maia Andrews, Lara miller and Flora Scarlett to name a few have been talking about taco swim and how it's "supportive", but then they show videos of them in the swim wear with underboob peaking through slightly, or the back is a tie back instead of clip and very stretchy, so it will end up feeling loose and riding up no matter how hard you try to tie it. And even worse are the styles that don't even provide lift.

Just because taco swim has L+ sizing with tie backs, doesn't make those tops fuller bust approved. Otherwise I would just go to my local Kmart/H&M/tkMax to get swimwear instead of spending $90+ on swimwear from Freya or raq apparel or panache or marvel lane.

Also I just checked the taco swim website and their tops are OVER $100 !! I genuinely don't get the hype, how much are they paying these influencers???

I just find that Kini tops from Freya, Raq apparel, Panache or Marvel Lane to be so much better and worth the cost. These brands take into account actual bra sizes and sell tops that have support and lift and comfort in mind so you can swim without needing to constantly adjust.
