Seeing a lot of backlash regarding the Culture Minister, David Neo, for his reply of " Minister have no time for movies" in the recent parliament session on the use of dialects. It gives the impression that he has lost touch with the grounds, no empathy, no interest in the common folks....As compared to his colleague, Tan Kiat How, who made an effort to watch the movie, and he delivered his speech well in the parliament session on the use of dialects with a sense of empathy and understanding of the matter. Impressively, he made an effort to reply in Mandarin to WP MP Kenneth Tiong's questions.

Do you guys agree that HR Practitioner is the worst professional after an Insurance agent & Property Agent? Reason being, they display no empathy to job candidates, etc., low-ball salary, age discrimination, bias to certain nationality, and post fake job listings, duplicate job listings, ghost job candidates etc...

Would you accept a role offer after being rejected initially? Cos it seems like it makes you feel like you're a 2nd or 3rd class choice...
