I just finished the campaign on mercenary mode today (managed to beat Cold War on the first try with no damage.), but on the mission "Return," I didn't hear Diplomats' speech at all. Did I simply tune it out? Did I beat it too fast? Or is it not in merc difficulty? And yes, I did use the pw.mk1 on Cold War; I used it throughout merc mode.
I bought the game on the 1st of the month, and I finished the campaign on normal today. i just tried to fight Crimson again on Mercenary with double time and actually succeeded on my first try... Damn shame I got the soft lock. The final boss bar didn't even show up.
For a bit of context, I only got into this genre a few weeks ago with AC7 then i went on to beat AC4.
For some reason, whenever I try to stream FNV unmodded with no script extender, the footage in OBS and Discord is frozen and only updates if I tab out and back in. I do have the 4GB patch installed, which is the only thing I can think of being the cause. I do have a mod list of nearly 300 mods, but this problem persists even if I launch the vanilla 4GB patched EXE. anyone have solution?

I know it's not been long since the update, but I'm quite impressed with how well we have maintained a 100k+ player count on Steam alone every single day so far. Expected it to fall off more. Basically, I've edited the "United Nations of Earth" premade empire to have the post apocalyptic origin and renamed it to "Reunited Nations of Earth.". Which of the shipsets would be most fitting? I'm pretty much RPing a scenario where the NCR, specifically from the HOI4 Fallout mod, went on to conquer the world and, after centuries of rebuilding, ascended to a spacefaring empire.
