i got the book through my boss (2017 axelos version) a few years back and i was to read and prep for exam, but i never did. i started reading the book, while i prepare for the exam, which i will pay for myself. i have some questions:

1. is the 2017 book valid? where do i check version used

2. how do i book the exam? Where do i buy the exam voucher? do i buy 2 vouchers in one go or it's pass first exam, then buy 2nd exam voucher?

3. any website where i can get mock exams for foundation ?

I am not working right now so anything under a budget would be great. thank you!

I have been sleeping in sons room on mattress while he sleeps on his bed (hes 8 and not yet comfortable sleeping alone), we had guests in July. Mom in law and a niece of hers (child 8) the week they were visiting they slept in sons room while me and son slept in main bedroom.

They left, right after my sister visited for 2 weeks and she mentioned she had very disturbing dreams of a lot of dead relatives. She refused to say more and asked me to cleanse the room properly, which I did.

Had another guest in the room for 2 days following which we slept in, this time I slept on the bed too. Note that when guests come we change all bedding. I had a nightmare on day 1 about my dad dying. It was weird. On day 2 same. I did sage the bed and prayed before sleeping. What am I missing? I used to keep a cup of salt by the bed, I didnt for a while. Can that help.

I have been posting in the Sunday and Wednesday spell group posts for a while....then I paused and continued to send energy to the ones posted recently. I managed to get citizenship, the local ministers decided to change the laws. I wish to thank everyone for their energy 🙏 ✨️ I am on the lookout for a job. I will continue to pray that I can support my family in all the ways I can. 🙏

So today we went to omang office by main mall, around 720, the staff was already around, I was impressed by the way 3 staff members organized the work in such a way that a queue of 10 were all done in less than 20min.

I've never known a govy service office to beat local banks waiting time. It's a good thing to see!

I have been trimming my hair so far but tried butterfly haircut few months ago. The back looks like a reverse triangle now. Thinking of cutting it so it can grow in a nice way. Anyone else?

So my neighbor next door (80+ man) passed away in February. Yesterday I was in the house doing some stuff, and from the side closer to the neighbor house usually we can hear voices (if they're out in the yard), and I heard the man's voice maybe for 5, 10min. It sounded like he was talking to someone. He also had a distinct coughing always, we would hear him from son's room, also heard that.

I was cleaning and walking from kitchen to living room a few times so I listened and didnt pay much attention to it.

I noticed that nobody was in their yard, the house was quiet.

In the evening I was going about then I remembered that he died in February. How could I have heard him. I went to tell husband. He said he didn't hear anything, but he was by the other end of the house so too far.

I have some mediumship skills and yesterday night I was setting my boundaries as I don't want to see or take messages from him.

Will observe if I hear the voice again.....if it happens I'll try listen properly.

Anyway....just sharing.

I had noted down someone had shared a yoghurt mask followed by a sugar scrub. I saw this in my notes and I did it yesterday. My skin felt very smooth after the yoghurt. And after the light scrub some dead skin peeled off. Today my face was glowing. I love it, thank you to you, who shared this.

Night time I used rose water followed by castor oil mixed with frankincense.

I haven't been washing my face in the mornings, but planning to wash using little bit of honey from tomorrow onwards. It's winter here and skin can get dry easily.

It's winter here and I need something for body and face. In summer no problem but now with winter my face gets dry.

I made Shea butter moisturizer, heated over water and blended it into a mousse.

I want some feedback on how to use and how did it help you.

So a few days ago I had an upset tummy i threw up and had a runny stomach, the next day of that I felt really weird down there I wasn't sure urinary thing or vulva. I drank lots of water, at the end of the day I ended up making parsley infusion just in case. I had an ongoing diarrhea thing, I didn't realize the cramp was also making me feel not good down there? Can that happen? I had some cranberry juice also just by coincidence my husband brought a half opened bottle.

Feeling better today, no diarrhea and no weirdness either urinary side or vulva side. I'm a bit weirded by this tho.

I had a c section birth 7 yrs back. So around 3 yrs back i found out I have fertility issues and I've been doing castor oil packs around the lower abdomen. I had one surgery thread come out a few months and last week I noticed now theres another one that appeared, it's not totally out. Do I pull it or I show it to a gynae?

I wonder what else is hiding inside 🤔 has this happened to you?

So far I use rose water after washing my face. Er I havent been wearing makeup so just using regular soap to wash. I apply castor oil on face a few times per week.

What else can I do. I don't want sunscreen.

First post here. I've been seeing a lot of info lately about making an abundance bowl. My work contract ended few months ago, applying for posts. I'm grateful for husband's support at this time - we split all expenses half half and for a few months now it's been okay but a little tight. I've never done the abundance rice bowl before. Would you advise me to do it? What else can I do? I am looking for remote jobs but so far nothing yet. I also do reiki healing but haven't put myself out there for a while.

I am in my early 40s. I dont shave, I use scissors to trim the hair, but recently I had a boil (I saw gynae and got antibiotics yes) but I noticed something like a blackhead there. Maybe ingrown hair. I am not touching it just leaving it . How do we prevent those? Is there something im missing in my shower routine? Are yall using scrubs to prevent those ingrown hairs?

My husband told me i was not drying myself enough before wearing panties before, now I make sure to dry out and wait 5 min before wearing clothes.
