Help pls: has anyone experienced a high heart rate on nortriptyline?

I've been taking 30mg nortriptyline nightly for migraines for around 2-3 months. Over the past month, I've started getting intermittent episodes where my resting HR is around 105-115, compared to my usual 80-95. When standing, it can reach around 115-120. It is usually there for a few hours/the whole day.

It happens a few times a week rather than every day, and during these episodes I sometimes feel like I'm breathing slightly harder than usual, and I sometimes feel a thumping in my chest, can’t tell if there is much chest pain or just discomfort, and other than being anxious about it I guess I feel okay.

I've been to a&e twice and seen my GP, and my ECGs have all been normal with no afib. I also had a 24-hour ECG about two weeks ago and am waiting for the results.
Has anyone else experienced this on nortriptyline, particularly at 30mg? Did it improve or did you have to change medication?

Any advice is greatly appreciated as I am very worried right now 😿😿

Persistent lumps 3 months in with snake bites

Need some advice because I'm honestly getting frustrated with these snakebites 😭

I've had them for just over 3 months now. The outside of the piercings looks completely fine, no redness, crusties, swelling, or discharge.

My issue is that inside my lip, above and slightly to the side of both piercings, I have two hard round lumps. They're completely inside the lip tissue, not visible from the outside. The left one is bigger and hurts more than the right one.

These lumps have been there since around week 2 and haven't really gone away. Sometimes they feel slightly smaller, but if I mess with them, massage them, squeeze them, or play with the jewellery too much they seem to get irritated and go back to their normal size.

The weird thing is that if I squeeze the left lump, lymph fluid comes out of the inside piercing hole, but the right lump doesn't do this. My piercer suggested maybe it's trapped lymph fluid, but neither she nor another piercer were really sure what the lumps actually are.

I also still haven't downsized because I can barely see any bar. On a good day I can maybe see 1-2mm of the left bar, but still basically none of the right one.

Has anyone had anything similar? Did it end up being scar tissue, irritation, trapped fluid, or something else? And most importantly, how long did it take to go away/what did you do to fix it? 😭

Recurring red, hot, itchy skin after showers. Anyone know what this could be?

For the last 3-4 months I've been getting a strange skin reaction after showers.

A few minutes after getting out, patches of skin become red, hot to the touch, mildly itchy, and sometimes have a slight burning sensation. the skin stays smooth with no bumps or hives and the redness usually fades within about 30 minutes.

I think it started on the backs of my legs and occasionally my stomach, but over the last month it has moved to my chest and neck. Today it spread across most of my neck and even behind my ears.

My showers are anywhere between 36-40°C, but I don't remember getting this kinda reaction during heatwaves of over 34°C weather? So not sure if this is a heat related issue or something else.

Also not sure if its a shower product issue because I switch up my shower products every few weeks, and this has happened regardless of what brands i use.

No swelling, breathing issues, or other symptoms. Has anyone experienced something similar or know what it might be?
