Most games I know that have Time Trials like Ape Escape 2 such as Crash Bandicoot Warped cap out the timer at 9'59'96 or generally around the 10 minute mark.
Not Ape Escape 2, it only caps once timer reaches just shy of an hour.
Let's assume that the diamond deal at the Libertonian either went as planned or it went awry as in canon, but Johnny didn't decide to screw over Ray. The bikers got $1 mil, Ray took the other mil and gave some to Niko (probably a decent chunk) before giving the rest to the Family.
Would this huge pay deal having gone through convince Pegorino not to chose Ray and have Phil killed instead, or do you think Pegorino is paranoid enough that he'd still send Niko after him?

I booted up the game myself to test it out and it seems consistent, getting more so the higher your FPS is.
Crazy with how much off the wall stuff in this show, there was only ONE adlib in the entire run and it was very minor.
This is something interesting to me about San Andreas fan vs. dev.
Most people love the amount of content and ideas present in the game. However, Obbe has made clear on multiple occasions the team wasn't happy with how much shit they put in and it was a strain on development.
It's one of the reasons they scaled things back in IV and I know Obbe has said elsewhere that if he went back to SA's dev cycle he'd push stuff to be cut to make things more polished.
