I’ve been an external L4 manager at a delivery station for a year and five months now recently I have been feeling very burnt out with the constant 12+ hour shifts and constant stress that I’m put under by senior management. This job has taken a toll on me from coming into at midnight and doing 12 hour shift to the incredible stress that I had to face. I am recently told that I will be promoted to an L5 but at this point I’m ready to get out. I was lucky enough to find another job and I am putting my two weeks in.
