I've never posted on a sub like this but I'd like some input.

It's 4:45am right now and I was woken about an hour ago by my fiance screaming in the other bedroom (we use separate bedrooms often as I'm an almighty snorer and he turns in the bed like a rotisserie chicken.) my fiance is a big man who I've never seen even mildly afraid by anything, and he strictly does not believe in the paranormal. I am open to the idea however.

Anyway, I raced into the room and he was sitting bolt upright, sweating and saying there is something in his room.

There is a television on a shelf across the room which he said repeatedly made noise like it was being pushed on. That TV is a bit rickety so I would normally just brush it off, and he did too.

But he also has a big telescope in there. It's on three sturdy legs and it's against a wall in a corner for even more support. The wall isn't at a right angle, it's tighter as the chimney breast runs through there. The telescope was basically thrown across the room on top of him. He said it wasn't immediately toppled over, and that it had made a noise three times first like it was being knocked against the wall repeatedly. At which point he got up and turned on the lights to see if it was a rat or something (even though we've never had rats). When he got back into bed, he said it was basically thrown at him. He is extremely shaken.

I've tried every way to topple that microscope myself, and even if I forcibly push it over it won't reach the bed the way it had. I'm the first to try to apply logic to anything but I'm seriously stumped.

Any advice? Tips? Or ideas on how this logically happened? I've never experienced anything like this before.

I've played for a long time now, but always ignored settlement building except for the necessities (beds, defence, food etc). This is my first settlement that I built using tips here!

I'm quite proud of my first ever real settlement! 24 settlers and counting!

I posted about my attachment to Dogmeat recently. I downloaded the mod everyone suggested called "everyone's best friend" and I love it! Which companion quests were your favourite?

I had so much fun travelling with Nick and Dogmeat together. His quest was a lot of fun!

I'm level 102 with this playthrough. Everything is basically completed I think. But which companion quests did you enjoy most? I'm going to try to do all those now. I've never done them before!

Thank you all so much also for your kind words and recommendations! You're a sound bunch!

Help! I am emotionally attached to Dogmeat because of my own dog who passed away!

I want to take other companions with me to do their unique quests. But any time I am faced with sending Dogmeat away, I genuinely feel heartbroken. It's ridiculous! But I've played many times and have never had another companion because I'm so attached to Dogmeat. I'm trying to convince myself he'd be safe at one of my settlements.

What does my room say about me?

Here is my little safe space I've made for myself!

I can certainly joke about myself but please don't be too cruel if possible! ❤️

My great grandfathers poker dice. Likely purchased around 1950.

They used to be more white with sharper corners. He carried these around everywhere.

Made my own Fallout tops in a printmaking class with oil paint.

I had a bit of spare time so made a few of these for myself. They were just to test whether or not it would work. I'll do a cleaner job next time!

(excuse the blurring, self conscious about my arms for some reason 😂)

Needed to use up a bit of left over clay so made this incense holder🍳

I think I saw these on Instagram or Pinterest years ago. Better made than this one. But I loved the idea!
