I am midway into EB5 I-526 filing process. Yet to finalize a project. I am working with a promoter who is walking me through projects and introducing me to RC.

One thing he promised is that if I sign up for a project through him, he will try to get the admin fees waived or reduced, and also pay a part of attorney fees directly to attorney or send it to me in bank transfer later (upto $10k).

While waiving admin fees looks standard and I could get it written in my engagement with the RC, the attorney fees / cash back part is making me suspicious.

My attorney is ok with the arrangement and declares it in the engagement agreement but distances himself from the financial advisory/ project profitability part.

However, I am told by another promoter that such payment could be flagged as a kick back and SEC may ban such promoter and cancel all EB5 applications made with his involvement.

Has anybody encountered this?

I am in Round Rock but looking to take a family of 4 and in laws to a great dine in experience within 30 min radius for both Lunch and dinner on a Monday. We have Vegetarians in the group and might just go all veg in our choice. We are open to all cuisines as long as it fits the vegetarian theme. Cost no concern.

TLDR; is the MCTA class action lawsuit concerned about its delisting at all?

Combined with the June 3rd approved "Quick-Delist" Rule (IM-5101-4) for third-party social media manipulation, regulators have effectively engineered a two-pronged trap. Nasdaq can drop MCTA for the social media pump or leverage its $2.06M working capital deficit and "Going Concern" warning to trigger an immediate exit on value requirements.

However, when NQ applied IM5101-4 on QMMM and SDM, QMMM appealed it. Not sure whats the framework to enforce a timeline on any movement now. SDM didn’t appeal so they are probably dead now. Also worth noticing that QMMM shares still were holding an inflated value while SDM shares were almost dead anyway.

Meanwhile, per their filings, MCTA company also seems to have many board changes recently and seem to be working on reports to resolve T12 suspension.

So there is a reason to believe that MCTA will appeal whenever the delisting axe falls on them since their shares were yet to dump and company has shown some response. But Nasdaq has additional leverage with “2M funds deficit = Going concern” and can delist it for another reason beyond social media promotions.

I am not involved in the class action lawsuit but is there any angle from them to push for or against their delisting?

I got banned like 7 times in last week and its only 7 because I stopped using the app for past 3 days. Sometimes I got banned twice in a day. As soon as I request review and be unbanned 8 hours later, if I login to web.whataspp.com, it bans me again.

1. My account does connect with many contacts. I dont make too many new contacts every week and provide and respect "STOP" notification from anyone.
2. Deleted all of my Google Chrome settings. Even created a new profile and tried connecting and got banned again immediately every time.
3. I have Chrome extensions like Forticlient and Sentinel active on this computer. They are unavoidable on any browser due to org policies.
4. Tried using WhatsApp Desktop app and WhatsApp Beta Desktop app. Both got me bans immediately after logging in.

WA thinks I am infected with something but I dont understand what is it. The whatsapp support does not exist and help documentation could not be more vague!

Gemini suggested I should change the laptop I am using as it may be due to those extensions/ org vpn engines that are messing up.
Update: also tried on a different laptop with no sentinel or forticlient. My account is cooked again!

What could be going on?

Heading to Cancun, end of June/ early July, couple with 2 kids. Thinking of getting the infinity suite.
