A gin and tonic pilsner

So I am brewing a pilsner style which I want to feel like a beer cocktail of a classic gin and tonic.

I am a snob when it comes to using flavourings. So I will only use natural ingredients. Grain, hops, juniper seed, lime zest etc.

Has anyone tried to do a recipe like this and how did it turn out?

Here is my planned recipe.

8 lbs pilsner malt
2 lbs flaked rice

.5 chinook 60 minute boil

10 minute boil .5 oz juniper berries and zest of 2 limes

Whirlpool/hopstand 1.5 oz motueka, .5 oz chinook

Dry hop 1 oz motueka, .75 oz Amarillo

Add juniper and lime tincture to keg.

Yeast W34/70

Fermenting in fermzilla at 62F at 12 PSI

Any suggestions or questions. Would love some feedback.

Thanks

Kirk and Vladdy

Anyone notice Kirk looking like he was completely ignoring Vladdy and the home run jacket when he returned to the dugout after his laser shot?

I feel like something not good is brewing within this group?

I noticed the camera picked it up and Schulman went silent for about 10 seconds as the camera followed Kirk, and that panned to Vladdy.

SOXL

I am in SOXL for 100 shares at $180 last Wednesday. I sold a call on it for $205 strike. I have collected premium. Now it’s time to decide if I should roll it again or just let it go and take my profits.

I can roll to another $205 for next week for $500 premium.

Or I can roll up and out. $225 I have debit of $10.75. I get $925 of value.

Or I roll up and out to $250 strike for a debit of $31.50. Value of $1350. But carries some additional risk.

What say you wallstreetbets?

Note premiums keep jumping around. So they are different in the screenshots than they are in my post.
