I'm using TikTok on an iPhone and just need one stable German IP per account.

I bought German Static ISP proxies from Decodo. The first IPs were showing datacenter/hosting characteristics, so support replaced them.

The replacements now show:

• Decodo dashboard: Germany
• MaxMind/IPinfo: Germany
• RIPE WHOIS: India (IN)
• TikTok itself: India — it literally displays the TikTok India blocked-service page.

One other Decodo IP I have shows Germany in both GeoIP + RIPE and TikTok correctly sees Germany, using the exact same device/setup.

I've also checked IPv6/WebRTC/DNS leaks - everything is fine, so this isn't just my real location leaking(I am not from India).

What proxies will not have this issue? I don't want to pay $100–130/month for a dedicated mobile proxy just for one TikTok account.

What affordable proxy type/provider would you recommend for this?

Ideally:

• static/dedicated IP
• Germany
• real residential/ISP ASN
• RIPE country = DE
• no datacenter/hosting classification
• (preferably) works with TikTok on iPhone

Is a good Static ISP still the right choice, or is there another cheaper option I'm missing?

Lately I see everywhere, everyone tells each other the same exact thing: “Do not lust, control your emotions.” These guys have only half of the puzzle solved. Now let’s solve the rest of it, so you can have a better understanding of what awaits you in the second chapter.

LUST is NOT your sexual energy, nor your sexual desire. Most people hearing these messages about lust and emotion control automatically think that wanting sex is lust, and they tend to suppress the huge and powerful energy that lies within them. This causes flatline, numbness, irritation, and your energy simply does not move through your energetic body up.

Sexual energy itself is raw, powerful, dark, and primitive in the beginning. It can feel dirty, heavy, animalistic. That’s one of the reasons why in Tarot the begging of the Spirit is the Devil archetype. But this does not mean it is bad. It means that this energy begins in the lower nature and has to be transformed. Think of something like Al Pacino in Heat: sharp, intense, aggressive, alive, dangerous, magnetic. That is a good image for raw sexual force. You are supposed to understand it, integrate it, and give it a higher direction.
In reality, sexual energy is looking for its way to go through your HEART.

Lust is sexual energy that manifests itself through the first three centers. So why would it be bad? The thing is, no one punishes you for lusting. It simply tells you, with all the bad consequences of lusting: “Look, brother. It felt good at the beginning, but it is never enough. Why would you not consider changing the direction of your sexual energy?” So it is more like an indicator. Lust shows you that your energy is powerful, but it is still moving through hunger, fantasy, possession, control, and objectification. When you are lusting, you are usually not recognizing a woman as an actual being. You reduce her to her body, her genitals, her image, something 2D, something flat, something made for your own release. There is no real connection there, no heart, no soul, no recognition of her as a full person.

….When this same sexual energy goes through the heart, it becomes something completely different. Remember when you had a real crush in school? Maybe not everyone had this, but many people know this feeling(although im sure you all have forgotten how good it felt). It‘s one of those feelings to die for. You loved the girl so much that you did not even want to have sex with her. You just wanted to look at her face. She was so cute, so beautiful, so perfect in your eyes, that seeing her smile could make your whole day better. You wanted to be near her, hear her voice, feel her presence. This is still sexual energy, but now it is moving through the heart. It becomes tenderness, beauty, devotion, warmth, admiration, and love.
And if later you actually want to have sex with her from that place, it has nothing to do with lust. It has everything to do with love and connection. The thought itself feels a thousand times deeper than any sex with a real person that was made through pure lust. Because in lust, sex is just release. Through the heart, sex becomes connection. It becomes the body expressing what the heart already feels. Once you feel the difference, you will instantly recognize it.
So the main point of semen retention is not to stop sexual desire, suppress your fire, or become afraid of your own sexuality. The point is to transform your sexual energy from its lower form into something more beautiful. From the Devil archetype into light. From hunger into love. From fantasy into presence. From objectification into recognition. From “I want to use this woman for my pleasure” into “I actually see her as a being.”

This is also why suppression does not work. In Jungian psychology, the dark part of yourself, the shadow, should be integrated, not buried alive. If you suppress it, it does not disappear. It becomes unconscious, twisted, and stronger from the basement. The same happens with sexual energy. If you shame it, it becomes dirty. If you suppress it, it becomes heavy. If you worship it, it controls you. But if you accept it, understand it, and raise it through your heart, it becomes one of the most beautiful forces a man can experience.
So when people say “do not lust,” I would explain it more precisely: do not reduce women to objects(live example: Saw ass in the gym, you want to take another peek, DO NOT.), do not feed endless fantasy(consciously recognize it and move it upward, knowing it’s your power that looks for it‘s manifestation), do not let your sexual energy stay trapped in the first three centers(meditation). But also, do not suppress your sexual energy. Do not hate your desire. Do not confuse raw masculine fire with something evil. Learn to move it upward. Learn to let it pass through your heart. That is the second chapter of semen retention. Love.

One short thing, guys. Opening the heart is one of the main reasons why we are here on Earth. It means learning how to feel joy again, how to have fun again, how to feel almost like a child again. Trust me, I know we slowly forget this feeling, and after some time it can seem like life was always this flat, but it was not. For everyone, the way back will be different. Every man has his own obstacles, traumas, fears, and blocks to go through. Every man will have to understand his own things. But one thing is certain: do not entertain your sexual energy until it reaches the point where you feel abundance in your heart. Otherwise, you will use it from lack, hunger, fantasy, or lust. Let it rise first. Let it become love, joy, warmth, and fullness. Then your desire will come from a completely different place.
