I have the opportunity to take the packaging engineering certificate at Indiana state. Professor thought I was a good fit due to my work experience. I already have a bachelors as well. Do you think this certificate (4-6 courses I think) will help me get my foot in the door?
I am a contractor at J2 and saw an internal position I am highly interested in and qualified for. However, J1 was listed on my resume when I applied (I have my reason for listing J1). They never performed employment verification. I am assuming they would do this and I still work at J1. My work number is frozen, should I even consider applying for a FTE? Things are shaky at J1 and I would like to secure another FTE.
