Just moved in and found mold on the OSB sheathing. Building inspector says it was probably like that since construction and wouldn't worry about it. What do you guys think? And should i just clean or can i cut and replace the affected sections?
I mixed the Rostoleum Epoxyshield part A and B together to cover my garage floor, but also mixed in the concrete etch that came with it (i thought it was the anti-skid additive). How screwed am i?
Hello, i noticed a house with black spots all over the external brick cladding. It's literally everywhere on all bricks without exception. Was wondering if anyone has ever seen this. Is it mold?
