How to understand book of the new Sun?

Hello, I am planning to read BOTNS but I have heard that it’s notoriously difficult to understand. My goal is to understand the series both as a fantasy story and as a philosophical text. How can I do this? Are there any guides or analysis papers online? I would ideally like to avoid rereads due to time.

How do you register for Tests for credit?

Hello I am an upcoming student

I am looking to take

UT Exam for M 408D (Sequences, Series, and Multivariable Calculus) Credit(because my school only had Calc AB not BC)

UT Austin Exam in Physics: Electricity and Magnetism

UT Austin Exam in Physics: Mechanics

So my question is how do I register to take these? And when do I have to take them? Thanks.

I plan to do the two individually, so Js in freshman summer and Citadel in sophomore summer and vice versa.

how should I apply? I am guessing I will get in since I go to MIT

I got off the waitlist for a target(Princeton/Stanford/MIT) and I have committed.

However, a major reason I got in was my essay. I got in over all my friends who had things like Olympiads

Is my quant career set or do I still have to be smart? I don’t have any feats in Math or CS, and I can’t do Olympiad math is that fine? from what I have heard you should instantly get an interview(and many employers even skip interview for target school candidates).
