I recently suffered a prolaps in my lower back and my normal harness hurts when falling. Can anyone recommende a harness with a big back pad or something that is good to use when having back pain? For indoor use.

Edit: I’m not looking for medical advice, just harness advice. I get my medical advice from my doctor and my physioterapist, not from reddit, thank you🤗
