Is it normal for my exposure time calibration to be very low?

I recently got a Saturn 4 ultra 16k for my first dive into resin printing. I am currently calibrating Elegoo abs like ultra for 25 micron layers using the amerilabs city model. I started at 2.5 seconds, the lowest range they reccomend. I have been keeping a close eye on the checkerboard marks and the spacings, as these are supposed to experence bleedthfough when you get too low.

The pictures above are of 1 second, less than half of what is reccomended. Is this normal? Do I have a machine with a stronger screen than average? Will printing at exposures this low have consequences, even if it's what the resin wants? Any insights would be greatly appreciated

Fuzzy prints after swapping filaments and messing with retraction and flow

I recently swapped to printing with Polymaker PLA Pro Filament, and I've had issues with it I haven't had with other filaments I've tried. At first the biggest issue I had was stringing. Changing the retraction to 1mm and 40 mm/s and lowering the flow has made that less prevelent, but now I have a new problem, fuzziness. This mostly affects bridges and overhangs. This is the first time I've messed with retraction and flow, is there a way to fix this that won't result in more strings? If you need any more information, please let me know, I've afraid I haven't shared my setup information before.

Here are my current setup:

Prusa Core One
PrusaSlicer
Polymaker PLA Pro
Temp: 210 C
Bed: 50 C
Thickness: .15mm
Speed: 80mm/s
Small, External, and Bridges: 45mm/s
Over Bridges:50%
Bridge Flow Ratio: .985
Using Ramping lift
Max Ramping Lift: .6mm
Ramping slope angle: 1 degree
Retraction Length: 1mm
Retraction Speed: 40mm/s
Minimun travel after retraction: 2mm
Fill angle: 45 degrees
Bridging Angle: 0 degrees

Thanks in advance for any help you can offer.

Edit: Watching the print closely, I noticed that when the parts in question were having a layer added, they would move slightly. I thought at first that they weren't cooling quick enough, but I stopped the print immediately and touched it, and they felt quite solid. I'm afraid I'm at a loss for what could be causing this.
