I am experiencing hair loss on top of my head, hairline and the part above my forehead is almost gone. This has been going on for about a year due to menopause. It is now pretty bad. I was using Nioxin shampoo/conditioner for awhile and seemed to help somewhat from keeping me from losing so much hair in the shower, however it also made my hair so frizzy and dry. I’ve been using regular shampoo/conditioner and it has really made the thinning escalate. There are so many different minoxidil brands, all claiming to work. How do you know which one? I also have a cat, how do I ensure my cat is safe while I’m using it?
