Why would you run Book of eclipse over swords of concealing light?

As far as I see, book of eclipse is a quick play but using means if you don’t clear their board your giving them draws. SOCL does not give draws and locks them down for 2 turns.

Hecahands is the easiest loaner deck in the event.

Once you pull the ED steal out it’s game over. Cause you can the board wipe spell and steal their most powerful monster from their GY after they had to use all their negates on you. The only deck that beats it is the golden lord but the opponent has to set full backrow to win.
