Is this normal?
I have a friend whom I dog sitting their bichon and the eyes are too crusty, scabbing. I’ll be attaching the photo. Everytime they clean it flesh is exposed.

Bring it back program
We heard the new CRTC post regarding the new law for mobiles, does the bring it back program balance device (hardware) counted as well? Just wanted to make sure before we switch to a different device to a samsung s26 ultra (iphone user)
