I have ordered amul protein paneer multiple times and than I have realised that actually it's not 400g, but only 200g paneer. 400g is the net weight of the tin including liquid.
This makes amul protein paneer more expensive than other high protein paneer available in the market.
They are also mentioning usp rate as ₹0.41/g. Which feels wrong.
Is this wrong marketing?
In May I got an upgrade from Regalia First to Regalia Gold. I have already reached 1.5L spends on Regalia Gold and maybe in two months reach overall 3L spends.
I have to pay a total of 5L+ in advance tax over this financial year. Considering BizPower has now 22 transfer partners, I think I will earn more points on BizPower which can be transferred to Accor instead of Regalia Gold. Can I get an upgrade/floater to BizPower now?
For reference, I have a Tata Neu Infinity as a floater with total limit between both cards at 5L. The only reason I still have Tata Neu is UPI, bigbasket and occasional croma expense. My current ITR is above 15L of which 8L+ is under section 44ada. I also have TravelOne with 10L limit.
My wife was diagnosed with depression one year back and recently got diagnosed with bipolar disorder. I think her work keeps her a bit in sense, but she has no motivation to do anything. We have tried a lot of things to get her motivated to exercise or meditate, but she can't stay consistent as her depressive episodes pick up.
She understands well that she will have to change, but she doesn't have the will of power to do it.
Has anyone found any way for self motivation?
