RMA and etc
So I have sent an RMA out for my DXP4800+.
Reason being upon updating to the latest firmware (can't remember which but it's a week or 2 ago). My storage app cannot be enabled and I'm unable to view all my disks etc.
Upon checking, the disks are fine, it's the in build SSD issue. So back and forth with support and they told me to do RMA.
I paid for international shipping from Singapore to Malaysia and upon reaching Malaysia custom. DHL says that Ugreen (or their warehouse people) have to pay for custom.
Just wondering if I have to help them pay for the custom instead? I have sent an email asking for an expedite on my RMA and pending reply.
If I have to pay for the custom, why and I'll still probably do it cuz the downtime is crazy.

Jellyfin Desktop scaling issue
Hi,
Been using Jellyfin for a week or two now and it's super good. Had trouble initially due to lack of research and just copy and paste.
The question:
I usually watch shows on my 2nd monitor (Aquos TV) and from my display settings, it's scaling is 300%. So whenever I moved Jellyfin to my 2nd monitor, I'm unable to click on what I wanted to click.
Anyone has this issue and how to fix it? I tried shortcut --scale factor but it doesnt work.
Asking here cuz I have no idea where I should ask. Do direct me to the proper channel if possible

Hi guys. Been awhile since I've downloaded anything from fitgirl.
So I saw the Black Wukong game and thought of installing it via torrent.
I initially downloaded it to my E drive but halfway through qbittorrent says I/O error A device which does not exist was specified.
So I thought that my disk was faulty and few days later I installed it in my D drive. 97% later and it says the same thing.
So my conclusion is there is something wrong with the torrent
Wondering if this has happen to anyone.

I'm setting up qbittorrent for sonarr and radarr on my UGreen NAS but after downloading a few shows, it has this issue. In the logs it says disk full.
I read somewhere that we MUST seed but I usually remove the seeding queue. So I'm not sure if that is the issue?
When I did a terminal check, there's like 80+GB of space being used but in my storage there's only 20GB.
I'm using the latest version of qBittorrent.
Edit: so in nas, I'm not supposed to download these in personal folder but shared. Everything is working well

Hi, so I got my NAS a few days ago. Planning on storing games and all my shows.
I found out about automating shows from certain docker containers qbittorrent, sonarr etc.
It was doing ok downloading shows halfway when it says No space left in disk. I did df -i and checked that there's nothing wrong with my disks.
I bought 4 x 4TB WD Red plus so I have no idea what is going on.

Anyone know where I can get this? I just bought Hyte Y70 case and thought of using this to make my case a little brighter.
I saw Hyte website selling the NP50 with case fans? But it's sold out. Also shipping from Hyte to my country is hella crazy.
*Not sure if this is against any guidelines but if there's any rgb strip alternatives do let me know as well*
