Got quoted 1200 to fix this side and the the other side(the other side is a really small bubble that’s starting to appear) how should I go about it cut it my self and have my welding buddy welding a new piece?

Hi I have a 2013 mustang gt 39k miles and I had bbk headers and a bbk catted xpipe installed. Anyways some info since bbk isn’t the best quality the passenger side header does have a present leak. I had p0240 p0230 but got sensor spacers downstream to fix it but later on I did a small pull and this code appeared I did have p013a but I cleared it and it didn’t come back this one did though anything I can to fix this? I did message my tuner in the meantime
Hi I recently got lth and a catted x pipe installed everything was fine the drive back from the shop but this morning the car threw those codes and the shop told me to buy sensors spacers waiting for them to arrive. But my main question is it nothing to really worry about and I can just drive the car as is for now?
