What OTD prices are people getting on the 2027 HR-V EX-L?

Got an OTD offer of $33,400 in New England before rebates. Not sure if I should try to find a better deal or pull the trigger on it. Has anyone found a better offer?

EDIT: I should clarify this offer is on the AWD

Where is Dragon Warhammer useful outside of raids?

I just got spooned this drop and have no idea what to do with it. I just know it’s useful based on what people in this subreddit say. I’ve never raided before and don’t think I’m ready for it yet. Are there any low or mid level bosses this weapon is useful at?

Random Tip: You can eat Blighted Anglerfish at the Castle Wars Bank on any world!

You do not have to be on a PvP server. You can be on any kind of world and eat Blighted Anglerfish at the Castle Wars bank!

I do this if I am about to go into a tough fight. I figured this might help some random people out there too.

Here's a ZERO risk Chaos Altar build

Equip a bunch of random diary or quest gear that is untradable and with high defense like in my screenshots. Throw on protect from magic because that's our worst defensive stat. And use all of your bones on the altar before dying to a PKer. And if you die you should use up your whole inventory of bones and he gets nothing.

Which piece of gear doesn’t get the recognition it deserves?

We all know about the dragon scimitar, zombie axe, moons gear, and bowfa. It’s repeated over and over again on this subreddit. But this game has so many different pieces of gear that are useful that rarely gets discussed.

For example the ring of gods is incredible and I use it on almost every slayer task. The +8 prayer is useful for basically every slayer task no matter what combat style you’re using.

What piece of gear do you use and doesn’t get mentioned often in this subreddit?

This is starting to become insane

This is my 3rd post on this subreddit updating about this drop. I just can't get these prayers to drop.

Every single kill has been a solo kill. So it should be a 1/75 chance per drop. If I go 6x drop rate i might explode. The odds of this happening are so absurdly low. I'm cursed.

u/SweatyShirtlessMan — 3 months ago

Haven't gotten a single prayer yet. Approaching 5x drop rate

Every kill has been solo, so it's a straight 1/75 chance at the prayer drop each kill. I'm now 365 kills dry without seeing a single one.

I threw the numbers into an AI probability calculator, and it came out to about a 0.745% chance of going this dry. Not impossible, but definitely starting to feel cursed.

I know there are people out there who've gone even drier, especially since I've seen posts about it before. At the same time, I think a lot of people compare their KC from duos or groups without realizing your drop chance is based on the damage you personally contribute, not just total kills.

Anyone else have a worse solo dry streak than this? I'd love to know I'm not alone.

What gear do you bring to the revenant caves?

I’m finally building up the courage to do more wilderness content. I want to try wildy slayer first and I’m hoping to get rev tasks because of how profitable they are. I want to go in skulled too so I have the highest chances at the rare drops.

What do you all wear when going into revs skulled? What do you bring in your inventory? And any tips for the rev caves for a noob?

I just want a single prayer drop

These are all solo kills. I officially hit 4x the drop rate and not a single prayer. Once I finally get one of these I gotta do it again for the 2nd prayer.

Please just let this drop for me

Runecrafting should be worth doing for runes

Buying runes from shops is so cheap and efficient that it completely overshadows actually making them. It feels strange that the best way to get one of the game’s core resources is to hop worlds at shops instead of using the skill that’s literally designed for it.

I really think Runecrafting could use a buff. It doesn’t have to make shops obsolete, but it should at least be competitive enough that spending time training the skill feels rewarding. If I invest hours into Runecrafting, I want to feel like I’m getting a meaningful supply of runes instead of thinking I’d have been better off buying them in five minutes.

A buff like that would also make the skill feel more satisfying. One of the biggest reasons people dislike Runecrafting is that the rewards don’t match the time you put into it. Giving players a real reason to craft their own runes would make the skill feel much more worthwhile.

Why do POHs rarely get touched with new content?

I really wish POHs got more love. Every time a new skilling method, boss, or piece of utility content comes out, it feels like it’s designed to exist completely outside of the house instead of expanding it.

POHs used to feel like one of the coolest progression systems in the game. As your account grew, your house grew with it. But these days it feels like Construction is mostly frozen in time while new content rarely adds anything meaningful to it.

It just feels like there’s so much potential for POHs to evolve alongside the rest of the game, and instead they barely change at all.

Kronos seeds are underrated for the Hespori grind

I don’t see many people mention this but Kronos seeds are actually pretty nice if you’re still grinding for the Bottomless Compost Bucket.

They have a chance to speed up crop growth which means your Hespori patches can finish a little sooner. Over time that lets you plant more Hespori seeds and squeeze in a few extra kills. It’s not a massive boost but if you’re going dry every extra KC is another shot at the bucket.

Definitely worth using if you have a stack of Kronos seeds sitting in the bank.

Can someone please bless me with some Reddit complaining RNG? I just want to go to prison!

I came to Royal Titans only caring for the upgraded prayers. They seem to not be in my drop table. Can someone do the thing where I now get the drop since I complained on this subreddit? Thanks!

Edit: I should clarify this is 100% solo kills.

Underrated AFK bucket of sand method for Ironmen

I never see anyone talk about this but if you hate sandstone mining on an Ironman try getting your sand in Prif instead. Buy bucket packs from the general store and fill them at the sand pit. You can get around 2k buckets of sand an hour and it is way more relaxed than mining sandstone. I know sandstone is faster but I would rather do this while watching a show than click nonstop. Maybe I am late to this but it has been a great alternative for me.

At what point should we go to prison?

What skill levels would you recommend? And should we grind the stronger ranged/magic prayers first? Not sure what the community recommends as a good time to start the grind.

Royal Titans is such a fun boss. Give it a try if you haven’t yet!

Not sure what it is about this fight but I find it super fun. It’s super predictable and feels very fair. And there’s a rhythm to it that other bosses don’t have. And the drops are solid.

I am only 20 kc into this but I could definitely see myself green logging this one. Would definitely recommend going here after moons!

At what point in progression is Desert Treasure 2 realistic to do?

I don’t know why but I’m horrified of this quest. I’ve never done it and it’s the last quest I have left to do. I’ve always heard that it’s a whole new layer of difficulty and it makes me think I can’t do it yet when I’m sure I can.

Right now I have base 85 combat stats and green logged moons. I’m assuming I can do this quest but I just have a mental block telling me I’m not ready.

In your opinion at what point is an Ironman ready for this quest?

Why is Hunter meat so rarely recommended as a good food source?

It really does seem like an underrated food source that doesn’t get enough appreciation. Moonlight antelope heals 26 total and cures poison/reduces venom to poison. Dashing Kebbit heals 23 total and restores 10 run energy. And we can use a meat pouch to make gathering this meat easier.

Why don’t these foods get more use?

What do you suggest I use my exp lamps on?

Up until this point I've used all my exp lamps on Herblore. Now that I have 82 for a max POH I feel like it might not be the best use of my exp lamps now. What do you suggest?

Random tip: A fast way to get to Rellekka is teleporting to Lunar Isle then talking to an NPC without a Seal of Passage

I used to use the fairy ring to get to Rellekka but a friend just told me this tip and it blew my mind. I figured I’d share it here to help a couple random people out get there a little faster
