This is absolutely ridiculous. Waited over an hour to speak with an agent, only to be placed on hold and then promptly sent to a survey to review their performance. Basically did nothing then kicked me out of the cue. No call back. Now my wait time is up to almost 4 hours.
One of our dogs is incredibly skittish and sensitive to sounds. Ever since my neighbor's got this things he refuses to exist in our back yard. He constantly pulls on his leash trying to get back in the house and refuses to use the bathroom. On top of all that my wife now hates spending time in our backyard as the house is incredible irritating. Is there anything we can do for our dogs or to stop them from going off?
