Am I Overthinking this?

Day 12, never on any type of weight loss drug before, but have done lots of CICO dieting through my life.

Every day I am counting calories/protein/fiber. It is feeling an awful lot like my previous calorie counting, but less hunger and less temptation to give into. Is this normal on a GLP-1? The protein/fiber counting is mainly because I don't want to feel sick/get constipated/lose muscle. But the calorie counting...it's getting stressful. Once I increase dose, will I not have to count as much because I just won't be thinking about food as much?

Week 2 - slightly increased appetite

Assuming this is because my body is getting used to it? Day 10 started noticing increased appetite mid-day. Will this continue until I increase dose after 30 days?

I Think I Found My Place

I happened upon this sub and heck yeah this where I need to be! Just started Foundayo this week and just looking to connect and see the experiences and input from others on a GLP-1. 😁

Day 1 at 0.8 Dose - First GLP-1 Ever

Today I took my very first pill at 7am. I have never taken a GLP-1, nor any other weight loss anything. I have about 125lbs to lose. Have battled my weight all my life (47f). Lost 100+ lbs when I was in my 20's by calorie counting and working out, but then started having kids and after I was done having kids, never lost the weight. Lots of stressor in life, as well as anxiety and depression, so finally decided I needed help jump starting things. And here I am.

Dose #1 done and so far business as usual. (Not that I expected anything already.) Sharing for anyone who is interested and also for my own documentation.

P.s. I am not weighing myself. Too many years of dieting and weighing in, so I'm cutting out that stressor and will only weigh in at the Dr. Office for now. (I do know my starting weight.)
