I m getting scared so much

I m here for 1 week just for my Father's health check up..and he is a Man in 60s with diabetes heart issue and everything...he can't stand or wait in sun so long

I landed today in airport and had to cancel 2 rapido auto ... because the Rapido drivers were not in any mood to converse in any language other than Tamil...he was telling Tamil or No

I was so confident to not let my father get tired ..but this is scaring me now....next 2 days we have back to back appointment with doctors...and I will need Rapido many a times

The Hotel owner on the other hand are so nice...they are conversing in English...and the help boy in Hindi too...I m not even from Hindi belt ...from North East specifically...

Any help regarding this? Are Ola Uber better? I don't find the interface good of Ola Uber...so use Rapido...
