Should you change your planned leave dates because of review meetings?

So I had planned 2 weeks hometown trip. The 2nd week is my leave and the 1st week is WFH. So the team had review meetings in the 2nd week. I don't go into the meetings, I just help my manager with dashboards and stuff. So shud i be re-planning my leaves based on the reviews?

why do my feelings about going home keep flipping?

living alone for a while now and it's confusing. some days i don't wanna go home at all, find any excuse to stay out. other days i'm rushing back just to be alone and not talk to anyone.

same apartment, same everything, just different vibes depending on the day.

anyone relate or is it just me lol

I tracked my workday in 15-minute blocks. It was embarrassing

I always thought I was productive because I was busy.

So I tracked my day in 15-minute blocks.

Turns out I only did about 2 hours of uninterrupted work. The rest was meetings, messages, emails, and switching between tabs.

Busy isn't always productive.

If you tracked your day, what do you think would surprise you the most?
