Earlier this year I underwent a traumatic awakening of sorts (at least partly fuelled by psilocybin).
I realised shortly after I've lived through the events of this year several times now.
It certainly isn't epilepsy.

Things were just starting to improve after decades of great suffering - a traumatic 'awakening' had me fooled i was transmuting in some way. Now I appear stuck.
I want to see my family grow, I want to contribute to humanity, to create.
Before everyone starts, it is not epilepsy.

How feasible is it that someone could prepare a batch for someone who direly needs it, with no previous experience making it? I'm seeing a lot of complicated methods.
If someone could provide a simplified version (none of the 'you could use this or this but use this because this')...
