I really enjoy the black levels of OLED, but I'm worried that me also using my monitor for school / programming would lead to its lifespan being shortened compared to if I only used it for gaming. I have an Alienware IPS monitor that I'm really not satisfied with, and was wondering if mini LED would be a good compromise or if it would be just as bad?I was looking at Pixio's offerings because I wanted a white monitor.
Not sure why it appears kinda green in pictures. Just picked this up yesterday for $200 and I'm very happy with it. It was from the sellers home theater setup and it has just over 16,000 hours so I think I found a good one. I heard people talk about input lag on Pioneer plasmas but I really haven't noticed it. But I mainly play single player games. Unsure if I should try and track down the pioneer side mount speakers or if these Sony speakers I have connected are as good / better.
I'm not sure the best way to describe it, but I'm looking for visual novels that do a good job of making it difficult to tell what exactly sets you onto each route. A good example of the opposite of what I'm looking for is a game where each route is determined by picking all the choices that very obviously correspond to each heroine.
