Long time lurker, first time poster. First time I patted my steak. How’d I do?
Pan fried, and I was aiming for medium rare. This is the first time (I’m a novice) in which I patted the steak dry to achieve a good sear. This is after it was sitting in salt/garlic for a bit. What do you guys think?
