Hello, I've been dealing with a problem for a few months now, but I was hesitant to talk about it here because it seemed quite private and I'm embarrassed. But I just don't know what to think anymore. First of all, I haven't had surgery. I've been on hormones since I was 15 (I'm 23 now). I've always been able to have orgasms in the most "traditional" way possible (by "pulling the handle," as I call it jajajajja) and they've been very satisfying (the typical orgasm that washes over your whole body and feels really, really good). But for the last few months, the sensation has changed a lot. I can still have them, I reach orgasm; it's not that I have impotence, but it feels very empty, practically like a sigh. In the best-case scenario, it gives me enough pleasure to let out a small gasp.

I don't understand what the reason could be. I'm on the same hormone regimen as always (25 mg of Androcur one day yes, the next day no, and so on and 3 pumps of Lenzetto). I'm worried it might be due to an imbalance in my hormones, but it seems strange since nothing has changed at all in my medication, and my blood test isn't until September. So until then, I'll have no answers to my suspicions that this is the cause. I've also been having trouble sleeping for months; it's extremely difficult for me to fall asleep. Has anyone else experienced something similar? Any advice?
