For real with the fish traps...

I'll start off saying what I've led with in the past - I am not a survivalist by any shape of the term. However. WHY do they keep making fish traps? I've seen the majority of all N&A episodes and spinoffs and I really can't remember ANYONE catching a fish in one.

More than one day to kill a fish?

I get it, Matt's a survivalist (I am not) however was it really necessary to bite all the fish between the eyes to kill them so they didn't swim away? Surly there's an easier and more hygienic [less disgusting] way to keep your dinner.

Motherly Instinct - First Responders

Not remotely the point of this case but can you even imagine what the hell the Trooper, EMTs/Medics and doctors/nurses thought when they responded? Like what year of training does that take place - joking. Even the most unaware person likely knows birthing a baby means blood and generally you don't have your pants on during it either.

The fact the Trooper told her he couldn't help her and she had to wait was an extremely tactful way to call her out but wondering why no urgency was brought to the baby?

Respect for Joe Not Wanting To Take Off His Shirt

There's not much Joe does that warrants respect or empathy but him saying he didn't feel comfortable taking off his shirt because he hadn't worked out for 3 weeks is the most (and maybe only) relatable thing he's ever said. Also wtf Lake - who throws an "art show" and then demands people take off their clothes for something SHE wanted to do.
