How do I say "try the chip" regarding using a card?

I work customer service, and there's a lot of latino customers. Our card reader is shit and tap doesn't work half the time. Neither does the chip. So I usually ask people to switch it around. How do I say "try the chip" or "try using tap"?

29 (F4M) Minnesota.

I'm looking for a long term partner. I value and provide commitment and loyalty, and would like to find someone who wants to build a life together, go out, travel a little, and raise some dogs.

Right now I'm finishing a personal training certificate with plans to work while finishing credentials for firefighting this year. Hopefully next year I'll get the job.

I'm very active, I like weight lifting, running, and I'm in a few sporty groups. But, I prefer a man who values being social and I'm not too concerned about how active he is.

I like going to (quieter) bars or the movies and just want a guy to be engaged and make plans with me. Bonus points if you like escape rooms.

I tend to be drawn to more nerdy men. I'm not into DnD or videogames but view it as a green flag if you are.

What types of interests do you all have?

I'm overweight and trying to lose weight. I have hypermetabolism. I eat about twice as much as I should.

However, I started off morbidly obese and am now down to being almost middle of overweight, so hell yeah to me. But, it's like if I'm not a stick pin figurine they can't believe that I actually have hypermetabolism. Even showing them from clinic websites. hypermetabolsim is litterally just when you require a vast amount more calories than average. That's it!

I can still over eat. I can still have a sugar addiction. I can still eat junk food and gain weight. Just like everyone else!

It's like guys, and rarely women, get up in arms because I require to eat more than them.

The fucking constant questioning, demanding explanations, nitpicking at my explanation, and then straight up dismissing me saying that it's not possible.

Can a bitch just have a medical condition and be left alone??

Oh here's where it gets fun. Whe they start nitpicking "Who told you that??" "My doctor." Boy do they get mad. And when I tell them that they aren't a qualified medical professional, they get really fucking mad.

What is people fucking problem with this? I'm an outlier, it's gonna happen! Why is there a fucking trial for me all the time?

Anyway, how y'all doing today? Hope it's a good morning!

I'm currently trying to fast however, I have hypermetabolism. Despite being 5' 7" and 185 pounds and moderately active, I eat anywhere from 4000-4500 calories a day when my recommended amount is 2000-2500.

Don't tell me to go to the doctor. I already have. I don't have thyriod issues, or digestive issues, or cancer. My family doctor specializes in obesity and I have a dietician too. They shrugged their shoulders and basically said 'well, it can definitely happen'.

So, considering how high my metabolism is, it's not recommended to do an actual water fast. I'm 2 days in and I have a protein shake in the morning and evening (zero sugar), and an electrolytes drink.

So technically I'm not fasting.

So what does it even mean 'it'll break your fast'. And why is that so bad? Because people will have coffee or teas during fasting. And on top of that, swallowing your own salivia contributes to calories.

I want to know because if I can't actually fast, and if it turns out that I'm not actually fasting, then I don't want to do this, I would be starving myself for no good reason.
