I've decided that my next fitness goal is to run a marathon but I've encountered an obstacle that I would appreciate some assistance on how to overcome

I've been working out consistently for about 5 years now and just in the past 6 months have started really focusing on my cardio and running. I've gotten to the point where I can pretty consistently run a 5k with enough energy to do a whole strength routine afterwards but whenever I run multiple days in a row I get horrible pains in my ankles. I realize this is most likely due to the shoes I wear but I see two roads that I could go down to fix this. First being going to an orthopedist and getting shoes that perfectly match the shape of my foot providing artificial support. Or going the more natural route using "barefoot shoes" which will take much longer to adjust to but will create a much healthier end result. Curious what others opinions on this is.

I M18 am breaking up with my girlfriend F19 tomorrow and I'm wondering whether I should do it before or after the activities we have planned?

I've come to the conclusion that I want to break up with her as I'm currently in a spot in my life right now where being in a relationship is too much for me. We've only been together for around 3 months but she is a very emotional person and I'm afraid that she will take it very hard. We have a day full of activities planned for tomorrow no tickets bought or anything we're committed to so that's not a concern, but I don't know whether to do it at the beginning of the day before we do anything or at the end after everything so we have one last fun day together. If you were on the other side of this what would you prefer happen? I really cannot choose which one would hurt less.

These TVs seem very comparable and I wanted to know if there was any reason to get the TCL over the INSIGNIA considering the price difference right now

[AZ] Is a a bad idea to mount a TV on the wall of my new apartment?

I've been kind of averting from hanging things on the wall but I might just throw caution to the wind and do it anyways, wanted to know if it was a bad idea to mount a TV. I'm a first time renter so please be kind.
