I have really enjoyed this game and am sorry its getting close to the end. I have not used spoilers and don't know what's coming up but I feel like its the end. I am halfway through Barinzinbar. I am wondering 2 things I need help with;
I understand general flight physics to a high degree - I have flown multiple aircraft, mostly the F18 Hornet which i am very famiiar with. The Viper to my understanding has a computer controlled flight dynamic. I feel I am constantly fighting with the aircraft to pitch and roll upon command and sometimes it just wants to do its own thing.
I do understand that this is the way its trying to help me but I feel it has a mind of its own sometimes. Fighting the flight computer is not fun. In the Hornet I point and it goes there with no bouncing back.
The Honda Jet uses old architecture ported over from 2020 to allow binding of "Set Autopilot N1 Reference" to my yoke to scroll through the checklist in the G3000. I noticed that on newer 2024 aircraft this is no longer possible. I noticed this when I flew the Citation Sov . Its just makes scrolling through the checklist so much faster when you dont have to use the mouse. My question is if anyone has found a workaround or different binding that works
I currently need gold ore and have looked through and around the upper city, i am now in the desolation area. I have only found one gold ore area. I even went down and mined a desolation depth. I was able to make a Khazad one handed axe and I put the electric rune on it. I went back to the Red Eye Strong hold and the boss beat up on me like a steak tenderizer. I have been mostly running around the desolation tier 4 area in 3 gear because of the ore situation. I am starting to think this is the way the devs wanted it. Constantly being underpowered and having to figure out a way to get from point A to B without being killed.
I love the business jets so much in this game and they keep getting better and better outdoing each other.
My favorite is the Citation X but my go to is the Citation Sov+ because its fly and forget easy.
The aircraft takes off at a extreme vertical climb and then stalls. I have trim in the green and set per T/O data
I brought the FSR M600 and am disappointed in it until they patch up the issue with it at launch. Since I love turboprops wondering where i can turn to next. Doesnt matter whether paid or default. If you have a recommendation from experience I would like to know.
Shipped faster then I expected. Setup took 15 minutes (including tuning the new Pimax Play software version). Field of Vision and clarity were a wow factor. i had difficulty after landing the jet. I could not steer to parking, having difficulty turning. I noticed the tiller was moving back and forth during my taxi and am wondering if there is a way to disable it
Has anyone had trouble with the switching back and forth between MFD's on the G3000 or the full screen buttons disappearing? Usually on most aircraft there is a little arrow that pops up on the knob to switch screen direction. Not for me on this one. I am bewildered.
I ordered the Crystal Light on Thursday and it came today (Saturday). I live in Virginia, I was expecting it to come later next week or the week after. I am shocked, must be a pimax hub near me for it to come that fast.
I'm talking VR headsets - No matter how unbiased they say they are, its virtually impossible for it not to creep in. I usually try to investigate whether I should buy something by looking at a variety of reviews. But I will say that these are the worst to go by. I have been burned like gonorrhea, and I am one to know how that feels.
They quote "I just want to let you know that I got this on loan or free, but I am totally unbiased" That is snake oil. I have found one or two, that have herculean effort to remain unbiased but for most they aren't intentionally lying but unintentionally lying.
I received the WinWing Orion 2 throttle about a week ago and am having a issue with it being sticky if I have not moved the throttle for a moment. It needs a slight nudge to get it going in the axis. I chalked this up to being new and the throttle will break itself in.
I have reduced the friction on both throttles as much as possible. I want to know if anyone has had this, is normal for a new throttle, or should I open up the base and replace the factory grease? That I think would void the warranty so that would be a last resort.
