I was playing a game when all of a sudden everything shut off that was plugged into the dock. I began troubleshooting and can’t seem to get the power delivery from the dock to work again. I updated my firmware on the ally and no dice yet, I am using the default 65w charger and it’s been working perfectly for months charges the ally still full 30w after this incident seems like the dock.

I have tried a few times restarting the dock following old posts off steam and Reddit but nothing has seemed to get power to the dock. I can’t seem to figure out how to firmware update it to see if that fixes the problem.
