Sorry this is not the best picture. All the black dots are little specs of rust on the hood of my 2000 Tacoma. The bigger specs are about 1cm in size.
How do I fix this? Is this a full sand and repaint? Or spot treat? The roof of my truck also has the same.
I am not a mechanic and don’t do any work myself besides oil changes. I am looking for advice, please.
Is there any way this is coincidence? I am going biking in Croatia in September. Around the islands. It’s in my Apple calendar and in my airlines app but besides that I don’t have it anywhere. I’m a little freaked out!!

I’ve responded to a bunch of comments but I’ll say it here too. I have never mentioned Croatia in any captions or descriptions or comments. I have never looked at, created, or saved and Croatian routes. We’re going with a company and it’s fully planned out so I’ve released it.

Ugh, y’all, I’m just so frustrated right now. I’m 5’4” and have ridden on bikes that are too big for me my whole life. Two years ago, I finally got a bike that fits me. It was a huge investment. It’s a road bike with skinny tires (28mm) and 650B wheel size. The first year of riding I was able to find inner tubes, but it wasn’t easy.
I went tubeless and that worked for a while but in the last 6 months I’ve gotten a lot of flats and have had a lot of issues with the tubeless set up (apparently common for skinny tires) and so I decided I wanted to go back to inner tubes.
I cannot for the life of me find inner tubes that fit 650b x 25-28. Every bike shop I’ve asked says they can’t either.
I’m just sad that manufacturers are making bikes without supplying the parts needed (Canyon, I’m looking at you) and I’m even more bummed that smaller bikes aren’t made more. 5’4” isn’t that short!!
With the Tour de France going on, I was researching shorter riders who have raced and there have been a bunch, and they’ve all needed custom bikes.
I also run into this issue with skis. All the skis I want are all SUPER long. Or short and skinny.
If anyone here knows where I can buy some tubes for my bike, let a gal know. Otherwise, rant over and thanks for listening.

I just want to say thank you so much, you all have been so incredibly helpful and i appreciate everyone’s effort in helping me solve this! I initially posted in the cycling subreddit just asking where to find these tubes (did not include my rant), and i got downvoted hella, so this has been a refreshing change.
I have a 2024 canyon ultimate size 2XS so it has 650b wheels. I have been running tubeless for the last two years but I just don’t have the patience for it anymore / or the money to keep buying new tires.
I’m running into an issue - I can’t find 650b x25-32 inner tubes anywhere online and my local bike shop say they can’t either? I’m in Seattle, Washington, USA.
Does anyone know where to look?
