How do I remove these handles?

Hi all, I have 3 sets of door handles that I have no idea how to remove. The rest of the flat had normal handles had normal grub screw/hex screw things which came off without an issue.

These are very old as far as I know. Only one handle has a hole or pin, the other handle is fully smooth. One of the handles I think has drill holes from the last occupant. I've tried yanking and wd30 but no luck.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance.

Microcar - Citroen Ami question

Hi, really random but does anyone know if I buy an Ami (capped at 45kph and technically a quadricyle) if I can drive in the tunnels? They have the "expressway" sign (blue sign with white car). I mean normal Brussels tunnels that are 50kph. Is there any restrictions around that? Thanks
