Should I be bothered? Bonus rear sight question (2nd pic)

Just received my H&R 635 10.5" upper and I noticed this was different than the pictured listing. Should I be bothered about it? I don't know much about "clone correct" (or if the H&R 635 is even a clone) and I'm know there's more expensive uppers out there but while I'm not particular I don't want something subpar to what I paid for.

Also, I didnt take a picture, but the handguard seem eeevvvveeerrrr so slightly twisted, but it seems like its glued in place or something, had the delta ring completey pressed down and the handguard halves just wouldn't budge or seperate. Is that normal?

Also as per my second picture, is that normal? both apertures seem the same but on my A2 carry handle up theres one tiny aperature and one large. I swear I tried looking it up myself but I couldnt find any pics that clearly showed

Shops that sell pinned Magazines?

Building an AR9 that takes colt-pattern 9mm magazines. I want to get my hands on at least one 32 round magazine that’s been pinned. Every store online is showing outta stock. Anyone know if LGSs that sell pinned magazines?

Can’t find Compliant colt-pattern 9mm magazines, Need Help

I unfortunately live in a ban state that restricts us to 10 round magazines and am only realizing now that I can’t find any pinned magazines in stock online. I got an H&R upper and lower and an RRA entry stock coming in next week and am super impatient so I know imma wanna take it to the range as soon as it’s put together so I’m hoping someone here has a lead on where else to check online.

I guess worst case I’ll have to wait for a gun show in PA and hope I can find a few there and pin in parking lot before heading back to NJ.

Will PSA restock H&R Retro 9mm Uppers?

I’m on to my next Retro build and I ordered Harrington & Richardson BLEM 635 Stripped 9mm Lower this morning.

I want to put the matching H&R 635 10.5” 9mm complete upper on it but for as long as I’ve been keeping an eye on it it’s been outta stock. Is it something that will eventually come back in stock or did I miss my chance?

I did try navigate PSA website to find a way to email and ask but they only had options for contacting about issues regarding to Orders.
