3rd defect in less than 2 years: Mammotion Support refuses proper warranty exchange and offers partial refund / paid downgrade

Hi everyone,
I’m writing this to share my current experience with Mammotion Support regarding my Luba 2 1000 (purchased directly from Mammotion in 2024) and to get some advice or visibility from the community.
Background & History:
This is already the 3rd defect in under 2 years:

  1. First, the power supply failed (had to wait several weeks for a replacement).
  2. Then, the charging station broke (mower out of order for ~2 weeks).
  3. Now, the Luba 2 suffered a drive system failure. The mower has been broken for many weeks now. Shipping was delayed significantly because support repeatedly gave conflicting instructions on which accessories needed to be returned. While the robot officially arrived at the repair center on August 7th, the actual downtime has been much longer.
What Mammotion Support offered so far:
Instead of a smooth, free replacement under warranty, I received a series of unacceptable offers:
Offer 1: Pay 75% of the full price to get a Luba Mini 2 1000 (which is a massive technical downgrade: 200 mm single disc vs. my original 400 mm dual-disc setup).
Offer 2: A 25% discount if I buy a Luba 3 1500 or Luba Mini 2 out of my own pocket, or wait indefinitely until a refurbished Luba 2 becomes available.
Offer 3: When I requested a free replacement or full refund due to repeated failures, support claimed a full refund isn't possible because the purchase was over 30 days ago. I live in Europe (Germany), where statutory consumer protection laws apply, making it completely invalid to confuse mandatory warranty rights with a voluntary 30-day return policy.
Offer 4 (Latest): Support confirmed in writing that I am entitled to a same or higher-tier replacement, BUT they refuse to give any delivery date due to "regional availability and logistics". Alternatively, they offered to refund only the "current residual value" (Restwert) because I bought it in 2024.
    Current Situation:
I refuse to accept a partial refund or pay hundreds of Euros extra for an unprovoked warranty issue on a €2,000+ machine. We are in the middle of the mowing season, and being kept in the dark without a delivery date after weeks of waiting is unacceptable.
I am requesting a free, immediate replacement (either Luba 2 or a Luba 3 if Luba 2 is out of stock) as originally promised.
Has anyone else experienced this "residual value" / 25% discount tactic from support, and what was the fastest way to get a resolution?
